meet our pastors

In 1991, Steve and Barbara Williams became the Pastors of Living Hope which later became City Church. They led the church until 2015 and a big part of their leadership was calling City Church to be a people who embody and proclaim Jesus’ Kingdom.

Matt and Amber Williams pastored City Church from 2015-2022. The Church saw significant growth under their leadership during this time. They also had the task of navigating the church through the COVID-19 pandemic. Matt and Amber initiated the process of purchasing our current building on Louisiana Blvd.

Jeff and Sarah Lantz were Interim Pastors who led the church during the purchase, renovation, and move to the new building. They also oversaw the transition of pastoral leadership from Matt and Amber Williams to our current Pastors.

Jeff and Marisa Anderson moved from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in July 2023 to become the Lead Pastors of City Church.
